Shipping Policy

We ship from Toronto, Canada to customers across Canada. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates and any free-shipping threshold are shown in Canadian dollars at checkout before payment. Applicable GST/HST and provincial sales tax are calculated separately. Delivery times vary by destination within Canada.

3. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us at hello@mamabearsupplements.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping, at no cost to you.

If your order has not arrived within 7 days after the estimated delivery date, contact us with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier and replace or refund the order.

Unopened bottles with the safety seal unbroken can also be returned within 7 days of delivery under our Refund & Returns Policy.

4. Canadian Taxes and Remote Delivery

GST/HST and applicable provincial sales taxes are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates may be longer for rural, northern, and remote postal codes. We will show available services before you place your order.
